From time to time we are approached by the resort developers who would consider the timeshare formula for their projects.

We can provide them with really unique information which normally a developer would take really long time to gather.

First of all bases on are experience of working with over fifty resorts round the world we can estimate how attractive and successful the project would be as a timeshare resort. This would be based on the knowledge of the demands to the timeshare resorts in different countries as well as on knowledge of the members’ satisfaction and sales success of different international timeshare clubs.

Due to our deep knowledge of different timeshare legislation all around the world we can offer the developer of the new timeshare market different legal schemes and structures which would fit the best the conditions of the specific developer.

The lawyers we involve have deep knowledge of timeshare ( over 20 years), are at the same time are the international tax experts and have experience of doing this job.

Obviously we are sales and marketing experts. Out company director Nelly Margolit before creating Help Line International had a few successful timeshare sales and marketing companies, having worked her way thru from interpreter and TO, to sales and marketing director.

Twice on request of the big resort groups we organized the timeshare onsite sales with Russian clients to test-drive how it would work in a short future with the different cultural group line.

This gave us a great experience in setting up sales operations in a short time from nothing.

We have also organized the sales events for other groups of resorts without strategy of opening up the sales decks or lines.

Another expertise we provide is the resort management. Nelly Margolit for eight years was a committee member of one of the timeshare resorts. Going deep into the resort budget in order to control the resort management company, as well as solving day to day issues and problems of the members of the club gives the experience in setting and controlling the resort finance, maintenance and members’ satisfaction.

As we are working with all the exchange companies, we can provide no buyers view on them, which will help the developer to make an important decision.
